In This Week’s Market Wrap:
– Farewell to Dylan Mika
– Clearance rates drop to around 30%
– Feature property 100 Shakespeare Lane – view here
This week it is with great sadness that we farewell a great man. Our condolences go out to the Mika family, and to the many, many people that he touched during his far too short life with us. You will be heavily missed.
We hit a wee bump in the road last week, following weeks of consistency in what has, to be fair, been a pretty stable & solid market these past months – last week clearance rates dropped to around 30% out of 71 auctions called.
This is the lowest this year but it also isn’t really in line with anything else we’ve been seeing, and with Easter upon us we won’t see a fair representation of rates next week, so we’re calling this a blip in the road like the many we had last year, and moving on.
Shakespeare Lane – A beautiful new development on the edge of Lake Pupuke, at 100 Shakespeare Road. Stage one is available now, offering 7 beautiful terraced townhouses, so be sure to check them out and get in touch via the link above. 4 have already sold, so be quick!
We have plenty of new listings that have either just launched, or will be soon, be sure to check out our website for current listings, or get in touch about anything detailed below.
Takapuna – A brick 3 bed 1.5 bath semi-detached townhouse
Greenhithe – A spacious 3 bed 2 bath one level home
Browns Bay – A gorgeous 3 bed 2 bath renovated townhouse
Murrays Bay – A 4 bed 2 bath with great views
Milford – Brand new townhouses being sold off the plans
Forrest Hill – A cute & spacious 2 bed unit
That’s it from me, have a great Easter everyone – if you’re heading away please take it easy and travel safe on our roads.
Have a great week!
