Extended family. Work from home. Future development. Or simply one seriously good family home in Double Westlake zone.

Set on a private 708sqm site (more or less) in sought-after Forrest Hill, this is the kind of property that gives you all of the options now and room to evolve later.

There's space for growing families, teenagers, guests or extended family, plus potential to create a self-contained three-bedroom granny flat downstairs. Add in room to work from home, scope to modernise and add value, potential for a pool, and future development possibilities, and suddenly this becomes much more than just a five-bedroom home.
